Managing Director, Mr Ahmad Nizam Abbas participated as a panelist in the International Legal Ethics Conference 2022 Lawyers in a World of Crisis event where he gave a segment on Lawyers in Asian Syariah Courts: Ethical and Regulatory Issues. This event was organised by ILEC 2022 and UCLA School of Law and was held at UCLA Luskin Conference Centre Los Angeles, California, USA from 13-15 August 2022.

On 26 January 2022, Mr Ahmad Nizam received his Letter of Appointment from the President of Singapore for another term on the Panel of Advisers to the Youth Court. The Panel of Advisers play an important role in advising the Youth Court on matters relating to children and young persons. Together with other advisers, they channel their skills and collective experiences to protect and rehabilitate vulnerable children and youth.
